A Pennsylvania Court holds in wrongful death case that a bar may be sued for both a Dram Shop Act violation and other common law negligence claims for serving a visibly intoxicated patron who then causes car accident resulting three fatalities. The opinion is reproduced here and does an excellent job reviewing the relevant case law.
