Reckless Endangering Charges Against Fairview Man Dropped on Eve of Trial

A man was accused of reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of children when he left his six-year-old daughter on the porch of his estranged wife. When the man drove away, the child wandered out of the neighborhood and near State Route 20 in Fairview Township, PA. A concerned motorist called the police after assisting the girl.

The father hired Erie criminal defense attorney Tim George. After awaiting trial for more than six months, and with Mr. George fully prepared to defend the charges at trial, the Commonwealth dropped all charges on the Friday before jury selection.

Mr. George and his entire office staff were very kind and helping me through my first ever experience with the law. He was able to get me exactly what he said he would in the outcome of my trial. The entire staff was very informative and kept me up to date on everything. Very pleased with my experience and would most definately recommend him to others.
