February 7, 2011, Meadville, PA — Details continue to emerge about a fatal Crawford County car accident that occurred Saturday on Route 98 between Middle and Van Horn Roads. See the first blog entry HERE . Police have identified Marcus David Manning, 39, as the man killed in the accident. Mr. Manning was a passenger in a car driven by his wife, Mary Manning. Mrs. Manning was taken to UPMC Hamot where she is in serious condition.
The driver of the other vehicle, a pickup truck, has not yet been identified nor has there been information released about the details of the accident. However, it has been reported that the driver of the pickup truck was not seriously injured.
