Mr. Haibach’s vehicle went over an embankment and rolled into a creek, reportedly ejecting both Mr. Haibach and a 13-year-old boy who was his passenger. The boy’s name has not yet been released by authorities.
Both Mr. Haibach and his passenger were pronounced dead at the scene by Forest County Coroner Norman Wimer. The Forest County car accident occurred shortly prior to 10 p.m.
