Judith L. Lasher, 68, of Union City apparently pulled out of a driveway in the 16000 block of Parker Road and into the path of a northbound Ford Ranger. Ms. Lasher was taken to Hamot Medical Center where she was in fair condition Sunday.
The driver of the Ford Ranger, an unidentified 17 year old young woman from Union City, reportedly suffered minor injuries.
