December 26, 2010, Oil City, PA — An 86 year old man was killed in a two car collision in Clarion County Christmas morning. Charles Biechner, of Shippenville, was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Barbara Jean Schill, 73, of Fryberg at the time of his death.
Early information on the accident is incomplete. However, police report that it occurred at the intersection of Routes 157 and 208 in Washington Township about 10 a.m. Saturday. Although it is unknown on which road Ms. Schill’s vehicle was traveling, it is believed that her vehicle crossed into the path of a vehicle northbound on Route 157 and operated by Terri Williams, 46, of Oil City.
Ms. Schill’s vehicle was struck on the driver’s side. No information is available as to whether anyone else was injured in the car accident.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Biechner’s family.
Mr. George and his entire office staff were very kind and helping me through my first ever experience with the law.
He was able to get me exactly what he said he would in the outcome of my trial. The entire staff was very
informative and kept me up to
date on everything. Very pleased with my experience and would most definately recommend him to others.
