March 19, 2011, ERIE, PA — More information is available on a Harborcreek hit and run accident reported here yesterday. Police have advised that the vehicle involved was not a pick-up but was a Dodge Magnum, Chrysler 300 or Dodge Charger, probably dark in color.

Michael Biletnikoff is the victim of this hit and run accident. He was a pedestrian struck by an east bound motorist as he attempted to cross Route 5 near Baker Street in Harborcreek, Pennsylvania near midnight Thursday night/Friday morning. The driver fled the scene. Mr. Biletnikoff is reportedly in fair condition at UPMC Hamot.

Police recovered a passenger side mirror and are asking that anyone with information about the accident call the Pennsylvania State Police at 898-1641.
