Erie Injury Lawyer 4 Hurt In Route 97robison Road Crash

January 10, 2011

January 11, 2010, ERIE, PA — Four people were injured in a head-on collision on Route 97 yesterday evening. Joshua Swanson, 19, of Wattsburg, was driving a Toyota Camry on Robison Road when he attempted to turn on to the northbound lane of Route 97. He crossed into the path of a Dodge Minivan driven by Karly Wisinski, 19, of Erie. It has been reported that Ms. Wisinski had the right of way in this Erie County car accident.

Mr. Swanson’s vehicle rolled over and incurred extensive damage. Both passenger side doors of the Camry had to be removed in order to gain access to Mr. Swanson and his three passengers. Ms. Wisinski was traveling alone.

The identities of Mr. Swanson’s passengers have not been released but it has been reported that two of them were children. All of Mr. Swanson’s passengers and Ms. Wisinski were taken to Hamot Medical Center. Perry Hi-Way Hose Co. Chief Kip Hayford indicated that the Erie car accident injuries were not life threatening.

Our hopes are with the injured for a rapid recovery.
