Erie Car Accident Attorneys 1 Hospitalized In Route 8 Crash

October 28, 2010, ERIE, PA — A three car crash on Route 8 yesterday has left one man in serious condition and injured three others. Stanley Sobucki, 61, of Erie, was driving a Volkswagen on Route 8 when he struck a deer. Reportedly, he then sideswiped a vehicle driven by Gregory Kester, 48, of Lakewood, OH and then drove into oncoming traffic, colliding with a Chrysler Aspen driven by Duane Post, 42, of Union City.

Mr. Sobucki was taken to Hamot Medical Center for treatment of injuries police described as severe. Police said Mr. Sobucki was not wearing a seatbelt.

Mr. Post and two passengers were also injured. Apparently, Mr. Kester reported no injuries at the scene.
