September 24, 2010, Ridgway, PA — An unidentified 17-year-old boy from Weedville was killed in a one car rollover accident in Jay Township, Elk County yesterday. The young man was operating a Cadillac on Route 255 when he went off the road and up an embankment at about 3:20 p.m.
The vehicle rolled twice, by report, and the victim was partially ejected. He was not wearing a seatbelt , by report.
