Crawford Countys Most Dangerous Roads

May 6, 2014

We haven’t yet figured out how to make a road where car accidents are impossible, but Meadville car crash lawyers know that some roads are more dangerous than others. A report from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation ranks the most dangerous Crawford County roads.

The most dangerous road in Crawford County, according to PennDOT, is Route 6 from the Interstate 79 interchange in Vernon Township to Spring Street in Meadville.  But Route 6 isn’t alone on the list.  Also earning infamy on the list of Crawford County’s most hazardous roads were Route 8 in Titusville, from Bloss Street to Route 408, which was second.  Washington Street, from Park Avenue to Thurston Road in Meadville, was third.  Route 6, from French Creek to Route 198 in Saegertown, was fourth.  Finally, Park Avenue, from Linden to Prospect Street in Meadville, was fifth.

As Crawford County injury lawyers dedicated to bringing you an informative and educational site, we try to publish helpful information about Pennsylvania car accidents and injury law. Perhaps this information will help drivers remember that there really are particularly dangerous areas in our community and that it always pays to be cautious.
