Attorney at Purchase, George & Murphey, P.C.
Luke Trucilla is a Pennsylvania trial attorney whose practice is focused exclusively on representing individuals injured by the negligence of others. He concentrates on motor vehicle accidents, including car, truck, bicycle, and motorcycle crashes, as well as dog attacks and slip-and-fall injuries.
Luke’s path to the courtroom reflects discipline, preparation, and performance under pressure. A graduate of Cathedral Preparatory School in Erie, he was a standout multi-sport athlete and earned Pennsylvania Large School All-State honors in football as a strong safety. He went on to compete at the Division I level with the University of Minnesota’s Golden Gopher football program before transferring to Penn State University to complete his undergraduate studies and pursue his long-term goal of becoming a lawyer.
Luke earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was a member of the moot court team and developed strong advocacy, research, and writing skills. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark Stevens of the Crawford County Court of Common Pleas. In that role, Luke conducted extensive legal research and drafting, assisted with motion practice, and gained firsthand insight into how civil cases are evaluated and decided at the trial court level.
With Purchase, George & Murphey, P.C., Luke applies his courtroom training and analytical experience to help accident victims navigate complex injury claims and pursue full and fair compensation. He approaches each case with preparation, persistence, and a practical understanding of how disputes are resolved in court.
A lifelong Erie resident, Luke is committed to serving individuals and families in his community who have been harmed through no fault of their own.
