Felony Sex Offenses Withdrawn

In March 2014, a college student was charged in Warren County, PA with 32 counts of criminal offenses arising from the dissemination of sexually explicit images being transmitted by a smartphone application. The student faced eight counts of corruption of minors (all felonies), eight counts of unlawful contact with a minor (all felonies), and additional counts of indecent exposure and open lewdness.

Erie, PA criminal defense lawyer Tim George, on behalf of the student, retained a forensic computer expert after studying the particular software application used on the smartphone. After working with the forensic expert, obtaining a report, and developing other aspects of the defense, the Commonwealth agreed to withdraw all charges. After the withdrawal of all the allegations, Mr. George was successful in having the student’s criminal record expunged.

Mr. George and his entire office staff were very kind and helping me through my first ever experience with the law. He was able to get me exactly what he said he would in the outcome of my trial. The entire staff was very informative and kept me up to date on everything. Very pleased with my experience and would most definately recommend him to others.
