Elaine L. Valentine has over 35 years of legal experience in the Erie community. Elaine worked for more than 22 years for one of Erie’s larger firms assisting attorneys in the Litigation and Workers’ Compensation Departments for insurance defense of motor vehicle accidents, landlord liability, and workers’ compensation cases. For the next 12 years, Elaine continued her career in the insurance field with several of Erie’s well-known insurance lawyers representing major insurance companies.

Elaine has extensive experience providing litigation support to attorneys and clients in file organization, investigation, and trial preparation. She has maintained the certification of a Pennsylvania notary since 2008. She and her husband, Bruce, have two adult children.
