Simple Assault Allegations Withdrawn Against Erie Nurse

An Erie nurse facing allegations of simple assault had criminal charges withdrawn at the time set for his preliminary hearing. After Erie criminal defense lawyer Tim George played a voicemail for the prosecutor — the voicemail recorded the exchange between the man and the aggressor — prosecutors realized that the Erie man was defending himself and attempting to assist the woman who attacked him. Her cell phone dialed his cell phone during the course of the physical struggle, thereby leaving a voicemail for him and which supported his claim of self defense.

Mr. George and his entire office staff were very kind and helping me through my first ever experience with the law. He was able to get me exactly what he said he would in the outcome of my trial. The entire staff was very informative and kept me up to date on everything. Very pleased with my experience and would most definately recommend him to others.
