Open Lewdness Charges Dropped Against Saegertown Man

An elderly man from Saegertown, PA faced allegations of open lewdness and indecent exposure arising from an incident at a department store men’s room in Edinboro, Pennsylvania. However, he will not face trial. The 79-year-old man, who maintained his innocence throughout the case, was prepared for trial when the Commonwealth dismissed all charges on the date set for jury selection. Erie criminal defense lawyer Tim George planned to call as an expert witness the man’s family physician, who was expected to testify about the complications the man experienced following prostate surgery.

Mr. George and his entire office staff were very kind and helping me through my first ever experience with the law. He was able to get me exactly what he said he would in the outcome of my trial. The entire staff was very informative and kept me up to date on everything. Very pleased with my experience and would most definately recommend him to others.
