Jury Acquits Meadville Man of Retail Theft

Meadville, Pennsylvania – After two days of trial, a Crawford County jury found a Meadville man not guilty of retail theft stemming from the purchase of five rolls of roofing material from a local business. Erie retail theft lawyer Tim George defended the man, who maintained his innocence throughout the case which began in September 2011. The jury deliberated for only 20 minutes on November 7, 2012 before deciding that the Commonwealth had failed to prove the allegations.

Mr. George and his entire office staff were very kind and helping me through my first ever experience with the law. He was able to get me exactly what he said he would in the outcome of my trial. The entire staff was very informative and kept me up to date on everything. Very pleased with my experience and would most definately recommend him to others.
