In March 2014, a college student was charged in Warren County with 32 counts of criminal offenses arising from the dissemination of sexually explicit images being transmitted by a smart phone application. The student faced eight counts of corruption of minors (all felonies), eight counts of unlawful contact with a minor (all felonies), and additional counts of indecent exposure and open lewdness.

Tim George, on behalf of the student, retained a forensic computer expert after studying the particular software application used on the smart phone. After working with the forensic expert, obtaining a report and developing other aspects of the defense, the Commonwealth agreed to withdraw all charges. After the withdrawal of all the allegations, Tim was successful in having the student's criminal record expunged.
